Resolved - On August 21st, between 07:16 UTC and 10:40 UTC, users faced issues creating fact sheets with catalog recommendations. Although the fact sheets were created successfully, an error message indicated that the catalog item could not be linked.

The catalog information was not synced to the newly created fact sheets.
