This was a complete outage caused by an issue on our hyperscaler provider.
No data was lost.
The incident resolved automatically after our hyperscaler mitigated the issue and applied the fix to the affected infrastructure.
The outage was caused by the hyperscaler releasing a faulty change to one of the certificates used for authorization to the services in the region.
This change affected the entrypoint to LeanIX CH Region from the outside world, causing a complete outage in the region.
The outage was caused by our hyperscaler provider. Our systems alerted us quickly; there are no areas requiring improvement on our part.
