Update - Mitigation is progressing. However, inconsistent names can still show up as we are working towards the final resolution.

Update - We are experiencing inconsistent names provided by our reference catalog for Applications, IT Components, and Providers. The impact is affecting the following views: SAP & SaaS Discovery Inbox, reference catalog pages, and new fact sheet creation form (recommendations). Workspaces that have name synchronization configured, will get inconsistent names on fact sheets synchronized as well, nevertheless, this will be automatically corrected. This issue affects only the DE region.
