Incident Description

On 2025-04-29, between 15:57 and 16:30 UTC, trying to go to Inventory within SAP LeanIX was causing an error, preventing users from accessing fact sheets. This was caused by a software update that prevented users from accessing their fact sheets.

Incident Resolution

The incident was resolved by reverting back to the previous software version.

Root Cause Analysis

By releasing a change to consider customer roles when using workspace views, a bug was introduced that caused our application not load properly for customers without customer roles. This bug was caused by unexpected interaction between different parts or our code base.

Preventative Measures

We will analyze how to identify such problems upfront and will act accordingly to prevent such incidents in the future.
